Dr. Sabine Rojahn

Sabine Rojahn is Of Counsel of the patent group of Taylor Wessing in the Munich office.
She has specialised in patent disputes for more than 30 years and has, as a lawyer, overseen numerous major patent disputes in Germany. She established the German department for industrial property protection at Taylor Wessing and is annually listed by JUVE as a leading name amongst patent law barristers.

Ms Rojahn has internationally advised and represented clients in many groundbreaking cases, for example the widely known patent disputes “Windsurfing” and “Epi-Lady” which contributed to landmark court decisions of the Federal High Court of Justice. She advises clients from numerous sectors including the pharmaceutical, chemicals, medical engineering and engineering industries.

Ms Rojahn was an arbitrator in WIPO, DIS and ICC disputes. Member of the: International Association for the Protection of Industrial Property (AIPPI), American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA), German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (GRUR), International Trademark Association (INTA) and the German-Japanese Lawyers Association as well as the honorary council of the Union of European Practitioners. Dr. Rojahn is also board chairman of the Freundes- und Förderkreises Deutsches Museum e.V.
